Terms & Conditions

Shipping

All orders placed with us will be shipped in 2-4 working days. Orders received on Sunday or during Public Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day.

Standard Shipping- which will take 3-7 working days to deliver the parcel.

Note: For Handmade Products we need some extra time (5-10 Days, depending on Product and quantity available) to ship your order.

Damage Parcel/ Packaging

If the packaging/goods are damaged when you receive them, please refuse to take delivery of the items and notify us as soon as possible, not later than 1 day.

We may request photographic & video evidence of any damage or failure before arranging for a replacement.

Cancellation

If customer wants to cancel order on same day then we will refund amount without penalty, except the 5% Bank Charges. But after dispatching the parcel we would not be able to refund shipping charges. And after deducting 5% Bank Charges balance amount would be refunded.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should send back your product to: E-510, SCC Sapphire, Raj Nagar Extension,Ghaziabad-201017, Uttar Pradesh, India

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if arranged by us) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@artcornerghz.com and send your item to: E-510, SCC Sapphire, Raj Nagar Extension,Ghaziabad-201017, Uttar Pradesh, India.
