Shipping Policy

• Estimated Time  
  We require  3-5 Working Days for dispatch.  
  Bulk orders and customize orders sometimes require more time depending on the products in order.  
  Courier vendors require 3-7 working days to deliver after dispatch.  
  We also provide Express Air Delivery*if you needed on urgent basis.

• Shipment may delay due to:  
  Restricted or Remote areas.  
  Covid-effect or any current situation in your local area.  
  Customer is not reachable via phone number.  
  Air delivery charges as applicable. For more details contact on our help line.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances of the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customers , or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Once we handover the packages to the courier partner it is out of our control and we cannot help you. If your packet has been delivered and you can't find it OR your packet is delayed please call the said courier company whichever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down.

If your order is returned back to us due to incorrect address or non availability of the customer, the packet will be resent only if you pay shipping charges again, OR if you wish for a refund in that case shipping charges will be deducted ( if we are the bearer or you are).
