    Courier Delays

    We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or operational issues at the courier company.

    Once the package has been handed over to our courier partner, delivery and transit are handled by the courier company. If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the respective courier company for further assistance and tracking.

    Returned Shipments

    If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failure to accept the delivery, the order will be resent only after the applicable shipping charges are paid again.

    If you prefer a refund instead, the applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
